Poll Closed

Happy Earth Day Everybody!

So as Elliott mentioned earlier, the poll closed today, 4/22/09, sadly.

What really hurt though, was the fact that only TEN people voted, compared to earlier numbers in the twenties and thirties. Maybe you needed more time, or I don't know. We'll go for more time next time. You know what? We don't even know if it was 10 different people or 5 people who voted twice or something. Sad, :(.
So how 'bout them results?

Question: WHAT WAS THE FIRST WIZARD ROCK BAND?

The Switchblade Kittens- 4 votes, 40%
Harry and the Potters- 6 votes, 60%

Total votes: 10

I'm a bit depressed, but you all want the answer right?  So here it is:
Harry and the Potter is the first official rock band BUT, the Switchblade Kittens wrote the first ever wizard rock song....

We asked for the band and those 6 votes were correct. Stay tuned for the next poll!

Gosh, how many pictures can we get, don't these poor kids have enough poperautsie? (i don't are, vannessa if i spelled it wrong) But siriusly (...as sirius black) people need tp stop bugging them. Poor Emma will have a nightmare at her university cause people will just be like, "Can you get me his autograph?" "OMJ! YOU'RE EMMA WATSON!!" (as if she didn't allready know that?) Well, here are some pics of them filming in London.

“Seventeen, eh!” said Hagrid as he accepted a bucket-sized glass of wine from Fred. “Six years to the day we met, Harry, d’yeh remember it?” “Vaguely,” said Harry, grinning up at him. “Didn’t you smash down the front door, give Dudley a pig’s tail, and tell me I was a wizard?”“I forge’ the details,” Hagrid chortled.

Ouch! Tough Schedual

Emma Watson is really working so she can be ready for her university this fall, and do you know what that means? For her, it's being picked up at 5:45 in the morning!!!!! Whew, that's tough! And she's not just filming one movie, no! She's doing the seventh and eighth at the same time +STUDYING!!! (pobresita!)(for all you not Jessiquerqueians, "poor kid") Here's what she said in an excusive interview with Interview Magezine:

BLASBERG: Not only that, it’s probably tiring being Hermione. I was on the set with you, and those are long, long days. What time are you there every morning?

WATSON: At the moment, we’re there at about 6:30 a.m., which means I’m picked up at about 5:45 a.m. We’re filming both the seventh and eighth movies at once, and I’m trying to do all of my scenes now and through the summer so I’ll be available for university come September—though it already looks like I’ll be working on Christmas and March breaks.

BLASBERG: In these next two films, are most of your scenes with Dan and Rupert?

WATSON: Yes. In the last book, they’ve left Hogwarts, and they’re traveling around together. It feels right that it started with the three of us and it’s ending with the three of us. It’s about our friendship.

------------

"Ron, you know full well Harry and I were brought up by Muggles!” said Hermione. “We didn’t hear stories like that when we were little, we heard ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ and ‘Cinderella’—"
“What’s that, an illness?” asked Ron.

More photos!!!

Emma and Dan (...our man! Our man! Our man! Three cheers for Dan, our man!) (sorry, had to include that bit of foolish tomfoolery), eh-em, any way. We were able to resieve some cool shots of them while they were filming THE movie. Check em out! (the photos, i mean...) Right here!

They Are Trying To Bribe Us...(and it is working)

Way To State the Obvious Dan

In a recent interview with Empire magazine, David Heyman and Daniel Radcliffe sat down to discuss Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows filming, including where they'll split the movie. This is what Dan has to say, says Empire: "Daniel Radcliffe added that the split is "at a very tense cliffhanger", which may be a bigger clue for fans."

Like we already didn't know it was going to be a cliffhanger! Way to go Captain Obvious...

Anyway, here's more from Empire: "The pair also discussed the coda to the end of the seventh book (*Mild spoilers follow*), which takes place 19 years after the main story. While Heyman is keen to use Benjamin Button-like technology to age the three main actors to play their older selves, Radcliffe is equally keen to get it right."

Hmm.... who's ready to see a 30-something Dan? And Rupert, and Emma...
