Sneak Peak of Rubeus and Harry

There's a brilliant photo of Hagrid and Harry speeding away on Sirius Black's (our namesake!) enchanted motobike.

There were a few pics earlier but here's a really good one.

Read more and learn more here! (WARNING: There are Deathly Hallows Spoilers!).

Rowling VS Meyer- Let's Duke It Out!

So obviously there's a whole bit of controversy about who's better... JK Rowling or Stephenie Meyer. And obviously us being "Siriusly Potter" are going to say JK Rowling. And obviously if you're reading this you're going to agree, cause you're Potter fan, no?

But as the Great GM (Gina Marie) reported earlier, JK Rowling life/biography is being made into a comic book, just like Stephenie Meyer's life had previously been done, though the book isn't out yet.

Obviously the question is... who's book is better? Which author will win? (Cough cough... Jo Rowling...)

And since I've obviously have used the word "obviously" way too much you're gonna vote in the poll to your right!

Jamie Bower-- He's Almost Criminal!

So there's this dude name Jamie Campbell Bower and obviously he's an actor with a name like that, right? So he plays not only Gellert Grindewald and... Caius from Twilight.

So I don't exactly hold anything against because he's in New Moon (sequel to Twilight) but he's practically a criminal because not only has read all the Twilight books... but he hasn't read all the Harry Potter books! That IS criminal in my mind! Not the Twilight thing, but the Harry Potter thing!!!

Anyhoo, he's one of the lucky ones who gets a taste of both wizards and vampires... the only other one that I can think of being the Robert Pattinson himself (whom we all know was better as Cedric!).

So he sat down for an interview (two actually) that you can read here! And here...

Emma Watson arrives a Brown University

Emma Watson stated on her official website that she arrived at Brown University a few days ago.

"I know, according to the papers I was definitely attending both Columbia and Yale but I've finally arrived at Brown University and while I wish that I could be in three places at once I wouldn't believe everything you read! I arrived [last] Tuesday and I'm having the most amazing time. I'm still so excited to be here. I've already met so many incredible people. I'm over my jet lag and now I just want classes to start!!"-Emma Watson from http://www.mugglenet.com/

She wants classes to start, I guess she really is kinda like Hermione!

J.K Rowling is going to be the subject of a comic book

The company that made comic books out of the lives of Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Stephanie Meyer, and Michael Jackson will make a comic book about the life of J.K Rowling.

"The comic, written by Adam Gragg examines Rowling’s middle class upbringing, her time in Portugal teaching English, her meteoric rise with seven immensely successful books adapted into several high-grossing Hollywood blockbusters, and her post-Potter endeavors.“She is a remarkable and multi-dimensional woman,’” Gragg noted, “Learning about who she is and how she struggled to become a success was a truly enlightening experience. Twelve publishers turned her down. If it weren’t for the daughter of a British publisher who liked Rowling’s first chapter of ‘Philosopher’s Stone’, we might never have met Harry Potter.”

What interesting ideas for comic books, no?

Tom Felton Off to A Comic Con

That's right folks, Tom Felton can be found in Atlanta Georgia this weekend at the DragonCon convention. While at the convention, Mr. Felton obliged reporters with some Q and A time, and here is a quote on what he said.

Although Draco Malfoy is considered to be a villain, Felton sees Draco and Harry as two sides of a coin. Harry has good influences around him, but Draco has the worst—his father, Lucius, and Bellatrix, for example. "I think there's some good down inside [Draco] somewhere. A lot ... is left unwritten—where Draco stands [at the end] in all the madness." One drawback to his role is the effect he has on children who visit the set. They're happy to meet Radcliff[e], Grimes [sic], and Watson, but Felton "scare[s] the daylights out of children. They hide behind their parents' legs. It’s a nightmare, but it also means I'm doing something right."
