AAAARRRGGGG!

Half Blood Prince has received a rating of "M" in Australia which is the equivalent of 12A in the UK and of PG13 in the States. So why is it PG... WHY? What's wrong with us? What makes us better than them? What makes us so tough? There must be an answer (and it better not be Obama, I don't want to here it!).
